To our fellow readers,

It seems our friends down in the General Assembly like introducing bills. They like it so much that about 75 were introduced on Thursday. This has been flooding the front page with posts making it harder to find the news. Therefore we’ve changed the format of the site slightly. First we’ve removed all the resolutions recognizing or commending such-and such. Second, the main page will only display news related posts, not the legislation. Instead we’ll post once a day announcing the new bills that have been introduced.

What does this mean for you?

Well hopefully it will make the site more readable. If you want to view just the legislation, you can go to the legislation list page. If you’re reading this site via an RSS feed and want to just get the news you’ll need to change the RSS feed to: http://georgialegislativewatch.com/feed/?cat=33.
