Democrats outraising GOP in Georgia in 2009?

Georgia Democrats raised more than Republicans in the month of October, and have raised more for the entire year-to-date. However, Republicans have well over $1.6 million cash-on-hand compared to the Democrats $147k.

Speaker Glenn Richardson (R-Hiram) recently attempted suicide and is admitting to suffering from depression:
