State of the State Open Thread

The State of the State address, given by Gov. Sonny Perdue, begins at 10am. You can watch or listen online here or here. It will be televised tonight at 7pm on Georgia Public Broadcasting.

    I’ll be interested in reading the transcripts, but from what you’ve posted here, it looks like SSDD from the state Republicans this year.
