Insider Advantage reports that Congressman Lynn Westmoreland will not run for governor and that Brian Kemp, a former Republican state senator and candidate for Commissioner of Agriculture, is likely to toss his hat in for Secretary of State.

Also, here is an excellent rundown of potential candidates from both parties in 2010. I disagree with some of the speculation (for example, I don’t see Gingrey running for Lt. Governor at all), but other parts of it are right on.
