PF: A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide that the General Assembly may provide by law for procedures for voting to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the electoral process, including procedures to verify the identity of electors seeking to vote in a primary or election; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
