A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 8 of Chapter 14 of Title 44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to mechanics and materialmen, so as to provide for a special designation for certain liens filed against the wrong real estate; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
