A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-5-1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to murder and felony murder, so as to change the punishment when the victim is a peace officer, corrections employee, or firefighter while engaged in the performance of his or her official duties; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
