    Jason,

I need a little help here, I am looking for a bill which crossed from the Senate last week and contains that a developer can move into an area and make the homeowners pay for the improvements in the area. I am having a hard time find the bill and I was wondering was that the bill where the Senate Dems blocked the bill and walked out but came back in to vote on other bills where the Republicans were holding the bills to get another vote on the bill.
