A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2 of Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Title 27 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to deer and hunting of deer, so as to revise provisions relating to lawful and unlawful killing of dogs pursuing or killing deer; to provide for killing of feral dogs pursuing wildlife; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
