A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 20 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to personnel administration, so as to define the classified and unclassified service; to provide for the authority of the State Personnel Board and the State Merit System relative to both classified and unclassified service; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
