A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 5 of Article 3 of Chapter 5 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to public water systems, so as to require certain contractors that operate public water systems to give performance bonds for water supply; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
