A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to motor vehicles, so as to repeal provisions relating to traffic-control signal monitoring devices; to correct cross-references; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

I am very much against the photo prosecution of law where the public can not address its accuser and the cause of sudden stops at such intersections that cause more accidents than they prevent.
These devices are cash cows for local governments and they need to be outlawed.
