A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 7 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to bombs, explosives, and chemical and biological weapons, so as to expand the crime of hoax devices; to increase penalties for hoax devices; to provide for additional restitution as it relates to hoax devices; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
