A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to eligibility and qualifications for public office and public employment, so as to repeal certain provisions relating to prohibited employment of aliens which have been judicially found to be overbroad and unconstitutional; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
