A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 14 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to use of speed detection and traffic-control signal monitoring devices, so as to change certain provisions relating to speed detection devices; to define a term; to provide certain restrictions for photographic speed detection devices; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
