A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 31of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general health provisions, so as to create a State Commission on Government Health Services Reform; to provide for legislative intent; to provide for composition of the commission and the commission’s powers and duties; to provide for compensation of the members of the commission; to provide for officers of the commission; to provide for a quorum for the transaction of business; to provide for a final report; to provide for related matters; to provide for automatic repeal on a certain date; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
