A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the board of regents, so as to provide for the transfer of positions relating to the Georgia Aviation and Technical College; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
