A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 48-7-27 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to computation of taxable net income, so as to exempt military income received by a member of the national guard or any reserve component of the armed services of the United States stationed in defense of the borders of the United States pursuant to military orders; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

L. 2006, p. 4454), so as to change certain provisions regarding the compensation and expense allowance of the members of the board; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

L. 1977, p. 3529), as amended, so as to provide that the members of such board of education shall be authorized to establish the compensation of the members of such board; to provide for public meetings; to provide for the reimbursement of expenses; to provide that the members of such board may participate in a school district insurance plan; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
