The bill did not pass the senate and in my opinion it is shame that a 17 year old young man has to spend 10 years in prison for having consenual sex with a fifteen year old. I am not condoning teenage sex, but the punishment did not fit the crime. I hope that his mother does not give up and keep fighting for her son’s freedom
